ARC Ratings adopts the highest ethical standards, exceeding those set by the “Code of Conduct Fundamentals for Rating Agencies” issued by the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO). These standards include a regime of strict internal controls and governance.

We highlight that:

 

  • ARC Ratings’ ratings are the qualitative assessment of credit risk utilizing quantitative tools, where appropriate. Liquidity, volatility and market risk are considered as far as such risks may impact the creditworthiness of rated issuers.
     
  • ARC Ratings corporate structure consists of six network partners from six different jurisdictions on four different continents providing for a global cooperative approach to credit ratings.
